In this painting of Jerusalem, I’ve created a world of layers, each one telling a deeper story. The structures rise and fall in a way that feels almost mystical, as if the city is holding secrets within its walls, waiting to be discovered. The layers of gold create a magical quality, with each stroke of my brush adding depth and texture, inviting the viewer to dive in and explore. There’s a sense of time and space blending together, where the past and present coexist in a harmonious, almost dreamlike atmosphere.
